I'm from Paris and I got into the habit of ordering it on Amazon because of all the hype around this tea here... the problem I encountered is that sometimes it disgusted me a bit because there was sometimes bitterness, but I kept consuming it due to the benefits. And then, a huge revelation! Since I've been drinking your matcha, I savor every sip. It's extremely smooth, not bitter at all!!! So, bravo, the mouthfeel is unique every time I prepare it!
